Habit is All - One Post Per Day
To kick off the new Chinese Year of the Pig, I’ve decided to post something on my site everyday for a year. Writing prevents me from being completely engulfed in my abstract world and helps me clarify my thoughts. You’re welcome to join me.
Probably my favorite quote of all time comes from the 30th President:

Success is earned through hard work, and good habits are its foundations. Want to lose weight? Liposuction’s one way. Another way is to go on a crash diet. The best way is to develop a habit of healthy eating and exercising. Always start slowly. Time is on your side if you stick to your habits.
